Listening to our patient's needs is

what we do best.

Dr. Johnathen Baggett is a chiropractor dedicated to helping athletes and everyday individuals improve their mobility, recover from injuries, and reach their full potential. Using a full-body approach, he integrates a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each patient, ensuring they feel light, mobile, and ready to conquer their next activity. Dr. Baggett is trained in Full Body Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), Integrated Dry Needling (I.D.N.), Graston, and other manual therapy methods, and he incorporates rehab, strengthening, and mobility programs to create individualized care plans.

Dr. Baggett’s passion for chiropractic care began during his college years. While walking on to play football, he suffered from back pain that threatened to sideline him. A chiropractor helped him get back into the game, fully restored and ready to perform. That transformative experience inspired Dr. Baggett to pursue a career where he could help others — from professional athletes to everyday individuals — overcome pain and achieve their goals without limitations.

A lifelong athlete, Dr. Baggett was a collegiate cheerleader at the University of Central Arkansas, the University of Louisville, and Navarro College. He continues to stay involved in cheerleading, coaching high-level athletes and integrating his knowledge of movement, performance, and injury prevention into every session. His personal experience as an athlete allows him to connect with patients and understand the demands of both competitive and recreational sports.

Dr. Baggett treats a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, neck and low back pain, headaches, mobility issues, and performance optimization. He also works with patients looking to enhance their golf mobility, improve functional movement, and simply live an active, pain-free life. By taking an individualized approach, he ensures each patient’s care plan matches their goals and lifestyle.

Outside of work, Dr. Baggett enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, skiing, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors. He remains active in the cheerleading community, and his personal dedication to fitness and movement informs every aspect of his practice.
