When most people think of compression socks, they picture long airplane flights, aging adults, or surgery recovery. But compression socks have become one of the simplest tools for supporting healthy movement, recovery, and circulation for everyone from professional athletes to healthcare workers, travelers, and anyone who spends long hours sitting or standing.
As a chiropractor who works with elite athletes and everyday patients alike, I've learned that the most effective solutions are often the simplest. Small, intentional changes practiced consistently usually outperform complicated gadgets and quick fixes.

Your Body Already Knows What to Do

Unless specifically prescribed, most healthy adults do well with 15–20 mmHg.
